I contacted Westcott about 8 months ago to buy one of their bank owned properties. Unfortunately I did not win the bid, but I was contacted by a team member to see if there were any other listings I would like to look at. After viewing about 25 homes, I finally fell in love with a home in Cranston and after only a few short months for probate approval, the house was mine. Overall the experience was fast, pleasant and rewarding. Melissa even bought me a nice bottle of wine at the closing, which I enjoyed the first weekend in my home.
